Priest in Shadow

I wandered the streets and alleys of Cordoba, Spain for several days, often returning to the same few places which I felt were imbued with a special visual magic and an unusual geometry. This set of stairs passing by an old monastery stretched for almost 100 yards down a hill. One afternoon, my patience was rewarded with a priest descending the stairs as hard, angular shadows seemed to pursue him.
